When was the last time that, while presenting during a meeting, someone in the audience asked you if you could prove your point with pertinent data?
In most cases, granting this request would require you to quit your presentation, look for the relevant file while everybody is watching — which can be particularly annoying if you got the file via email—, before actually being able to share the requested data on the meeting-room screen.
