38% of US employees say there is not enough collaboration in their workplace. So, does this mean we should have more meetings? Well, no: when asked about the effectiveness of meetings, 71% reply that they are unproductive. This means that, of the 11 million meetings taking place in the US every day, almost 8 million have serious productivity issues. That’s a huge waste of human capital.
